In Agios Tychonas are located many top hotels, restaurants and taverns. Also five of the beaches have been awarded in Europe for their excellent standard of safety and cleanliness.
Villa consists of large basement with sauna, cava and a garage for two cars, six bedrooms, five bathrooms, two guest wc, large verandas, swimming pool with opened terrace and wooden pergolas plus roof garden. The garden next to the house is based on state-of-the-art landscape design and equipped with automatic irrigation system.
The scenic views of the villa are breathtaking. The design provides installation of individual elevator. The villa is characterized by high quality internal and external finish, including expensive varieties of wood, natural stone and marbles.
